Best International Certification

I'm currently in London, although South African by nationality. I'm still unsure if I want to stay in London as not too long ago I left my career in the Military, and am now still searching for a new vocational direction.

Personal Training is quite high, if not the highest, direction on my list right now and I wanted to find out what certifications are more accepted world-wide, or are the more sought after certifications.

I've had a look at the FAQ, but any advice/opinions you could give would be invaluable at this stage.
