Best place to train clients

by Mark
(Irvine, Calif.)

I have numerous options available for training locations for my clients so I need some feedback to hone down those options:

The following are locations, equipment and facilities I have available now:

!) Home studio: I basically turned my house into a fitness spa-
with large open areas separately designated for weight
training, pilates-mat work, aerobic dance-barr exer, office.

2) Numerous local parks with adjacent hills for boot camp style
or individual sessions.

3)Numerous beach locations

4)At client residence

I can do personal-one-on-one, boot camp- large group, mobile.
My clientele most likely will be females who are inclined toward weight training and interval style cardio and have a competitive nature. My ultimate goal is to develop a training academy. Need to know what liability implications are for various training locations and group sizes. Thank you for your input.
Sincerely
Mark B.

Training Options
by: Jeff Drock

All can be good training options. You will need your own liability insurance and should check with either the city or county about permission to train at specific public places such as fields, beaches, parks, etc.
