You must make sure you keep yourself educated, attend seminars, conferences or simply by reading about new exercises and applying them. You need to make sure to mix it up, do not do the same routine. We all know how to teach and train about the basics, but learn about different techniques that keep you and your clients excited.

Avoid burnout by keeping a diverse group of clients. If all of your clients are the same, and they all get similar workouts then expect burnout soon. Try seeking out clients with medical challenges, those who are overweight, try finding new training techniques such as functional training and whole body vibration. Keeping the workouts and the clients diverse helps you to avoid burnout.
