I reached more than 250 lbs the last couple years, but wanted to lose it fast this year. I was angry with my self and frustrated and had terrible unrealistic expectations. In short, I was a mess and in a bad mood too! But Schanie saw passed that and worked with me to change more than my bad attitude but to change my ways. Thanks to Schanie I have lost nearly 50 lbs and safely and I am going to keep losing! She doesn't quit, she is reliable, and she is inventive and creative (no dull routines here) and even when you want to quit on yourself she won't let you. Because she didn't quit on me even when I was a mess, I didn't quit on me. I cannot even put a value on this...to me its priceless to have access to this kind of inspiration, education, and training. Also everyone should read A NEW EARTH by Eckhart Tolle which Schanie recommended to me. You'd never think a trainer would recommend reading, but Schanie has more cards up her sleeve than a magician! I learned that in order to change your life, you first have to change your mind! Gonna stick with you Schanie!
