Description of your Services and Training Experience: I am an ex-college athlete with experience in athletic training and coaching. I have studied through NASM to become a personal trainer. I have also taken several athletic training classes, as well as health and nutrition classes. I have had success with designing nutritional plans for my family as well as several current clients.
