Enabling people to stay healthy and avoid work related health issues

In today's world there are only a few people who have to be physically active as part of their job. Mostly people are confined to desks doing only a limited range of physical activity throughout the day.

As a personal trainer, they come to me not only for structuring their gym routine but also for exercises for different muscle groups that they can do even while they are at office working.
It gives me great satisfaction in devising such exercises for them.

For example people who work on computers for a long time have problems with their wrist, elbow and neck. Such people need a personal exercise routine that they have to follow periodically during their working day to ease the basal tension in their necks.

As a personal trainer it gives me the greatest satisfaction that after following the prescribed exercises as detailed above many people are able to prevent potentially debilitating injuries thereby maximizing their productivity.
