I started out in the personal training industry several years ago...as a client. Needless to say, I became addicted to the benefits of regular exercise, and now my goal is to help others achieve their fitness goals.
I am an exercise enthusiast and a regular gym-goer who understands that it's impossible to feel motivated to exercise everyday. But I've also learned how to not only overcome those "lazy" days and get that workout in, but also how to keep things interesting.
I specialize in women's fitness and educating women on how to achieve healthy lifestyles through exercise and good eating habits. I look forward to helping you attain your health and fitness goals!
