Good job for students

I worked at the Spokane, WA 24 Hour Fitness for a short time about five years ago. It was a part-time college position. It was an introduction to the world of fitness training for me. I was the front desk person who checked in folks, gave out towels and checked out the steam room every 30 minutes. My job was very basic but good for a college kid. There were no benefits in my position - but I was paid $5.90 per hour and allowed to study. It was a good way to learn about the fitness world and last year I begin working out with a personal trainer based on my experience there. I would recommend the job to other students. I left once I graduated and moved away.
