When you sign up for the personal trainer starter kit, you enter your email address. Our system immediately sends you a confirmation email. You MUST click on the link in the email. If you can not find the confirmation email, please check your Junk folder or Antivirus quarantine folder.

When you click on the link you are taken to a page where you can download the personal trainer starter kit. If you don't have flash installed on your browser (or your security settings are very strict) you may not be able to see the download option. Instead, follow the link below. And then look for the link at the bottom of this page with the text "getting the file from here".

Hello, I don't usually even give my info out or subscribe to things online. I was so excited to see the offer for a free personal training kit, but I am unable to download it. However, I have received my 1st issue. How do I download the kit? I need the waivers, consent, and contract forms. Thank you.
