Insurance for Online Personal Training

by Jacob
(Texas)

I am in the process of setting up my Personal Training Business Online in where I will be gathering clients to train face to face, as well as training clients online.

What recommended insurance provider covers online personal training?
Is Liability Insurance able to cover clients you train online?

check out Action Certification
by: Anonymous

I have my NCSF certification but I get my insurance through Action Certification and pay $105 per year. I just renewed the policy at the same rate so I am happy. You do not need to be certified through Action but you do have to pay a fee the first year. It covers both face to face and online training with 2 million in liability coverage.

personal trainer insurance a must!
by: Storm

I have used this insurance company for over 10 years. The price is great for just starting out. I would not train a client without it.

In 10 years I've had 2 clients who had a physical reaction while training at my bootcamp. It was scary and shocking however; it was what I trained for.

After the client was safely at the hospital the questions came. I had my insurance information right there. It really helped and the gym I partnered with saw how professional my business was.

Both clients recovered and are fine today.

Don't put yourself in a negative spot. An accident can happen at anytime. People trust you to be professional and take care of them while they train with you....
