Is certification mandatory?

Is certification mandatory in order to work as a personal trainer in Canada? I have been certified with Canfit Pro since 2010, and I have 10 yrs previous experience in weight trianing and Physique Transformation training. Do I need to continue to shell out money every year to Canfit? Thank you!

today all the canada gym are swearing about canfit pro it's easy you pass it and you may get a job as PT but it doesn't remplace expériences we got before and look at the new PT generation do they look strong and top-shape ?
