Long Island Personal Trainer Salary

I pay $250 a month rent to the gym and i am required to dedicate a minimum of 2 hours a week to new gym client orientations which is where I sell myself. I keep 100% of my profits and pay my monthly rent. I cleared mid 30Ks in my first year working part time.
