NASM Exam is challenging

by Elizabeth
(Pasadena, CA)

The exam is challenging for anyone who has not been working as a trainer or been certified elsewhere. Or at least I found that to be the case. I just took the exam today and not only do you need to know the OPT Model In and Out, you also need to study the other chapters regarding Nutrition, Professional Development, Human Movement Science and Fitness Assessments. Otherwise, I do not think anyone would pass just on studying the OPT Model alone.

You are right Elizabeth. You need to know everything because there is not going to be 100 questions on the OPT model alone. But definitely know the OPT model because you are sure to see several questions on it.
