NASM is easy if you study, Hard if you don't

by jules

I have never had a certification, but have been involved in the fitness industry for years. From what I have seen NASM is the safest and is very effective. I have experience in Kinesiology and have been around PT's (physical therapists) for a while now, and everything in NASM has gone in line with what I have learned and the techniques they use.

If you put a lot into studying, the test will seem very easy. Do the study guide, watch the videos and read the book! I know people that were taking the course at the same time I did and they didn't use the test materials....and yes they failed.

Another tip, Remember the big points. That would mean that you would not need to focus on the acute variables. And over everything learn as much as you can to make yourself a better trainer.
