I AM BEGINNING TO STUDY FOR THE NASM EXAM, SOMEONE MENTIONED FLASH CARDS FOR STUDYING.
MY QUESTION IS ARE THEY WORTH BUYING?

Hi Celia,

I believe you are referring to the Morrison Flash Cards. We used to link to their product on our site but we got a lot of negative feedback from people. A common complaint was errors in the material and not very useful for preparing for the exam.

It was actually all these complaints that made us look around for something better. When we couldn't find anything, we decided to build our own exam prep/review course.

I am biased of course, but we think its pretty good. And at half the price of the Morrison flashcards, its a very good value.

NASM's standard package includes the textbook, study guide, DVDs, mp3 download, iPod download, online practice exam and includes the final exam that you take at Lasergrade. There is plenty of information in this package to pass the exam that you will not need flash cards nor do they sell flash cards.

The NASM CPT Plus package includes everything listed above plus a 2-day LIVE workshop. The workshop is extremely helpful and I personally found it beneficial to my studies. Good luck with your exam :)
