NASM-CPT exam can be tricky

I took the NASM CPT exam on Tuesday and passed the first time. I received my study guide and book in August and have been studying off and on ever since. I have held ACE-CPT for 6 years but was required to get NASM-CPT for the new owners that bought out the club that I still work at.
My advice is study all the little things you might not think will be on the test. For example instead of thinking about just how much water one should get per day in ounces, memorize how many quarts (NASM exam question).
Also, know things like the purpose of all the fitness tests not just what they are.
I seriously thought after the first 5 question I was in trouble, but once I relaxed and focused the questions seemed to get easier. The sad thing is one could know all the stuff that would make a good trainer and still not pass because they didn't study and know the little things.
I wasn't sure if I passed until after the exam. This page has been helpful thanks Katie for putting it up. Katie, also we had talked about this before and I told you I would give my input but I really don't think the NASM secrets prep tools is useful for this exam so I wouldn't post it as such.
Anyone know if they ever tell you your score when you pass? I have never recieved anything but PASS.
thanks,
David
