NESTA exam questions

I am studying for the NESTA personal trainer certification exam and could not find an answer for the following question: What are the PRIMARY movement descriptors, and what plane of movement does each move in?

Can anybody help?

flexion, extension (sagittal plane - coronal axis)

abduction, adduction(anterior-posterior axis)

internal/medial rotation, external/lateral rotation (longitudinal axis) P.43-44 nesta manual.

page 42 , the descriptors

Hey man , the primary descriptors are on page 42 i beleieve , they are anterior , posterior , superior , inferior , etc .. and the planes are sagital , frontal , and horizontal ..

hey me too! i think the primary ones are the ones in the image on the diagram and i determined the planes by going back to the definitions of the 3 planes
