NESTA PFT CERT

My Name is John I've been a Martial Arts Instructor for about 20 years. I'm now considering becoming a Certified Personal Trainer. I've been looking at the many programs that are out there and NESTA is one of them. I wasn't too sure about them at first but they seem to be offering more all the time.

As far as not offering enough on the nutrition end, they do offer a separate Nutritionist and Nutritionist Chef Cert which looks like it might be interesting. With the PFT 2.O and NCCA approval it looks like they may be one of the ones on my list after all.

They also have a Kung Fu Fitness Cert & a Yoga Cert which may be something to look at amongst the many others.
