Online CPR certifications

I know that CPR certifications are a prerequisite and this site mentions that the Red Cross offers courses online but is there any difference between their certification and any of the other cheaper online certifications without a physical component? What CPR/first aid course would you recommend?

NASM does not accept online cpr certs.

I found out the hard way, Nasm does not accept online cpr training. Might as well do it live with a trainer, its only a couple hours. I had a good experience through Red Cross.
