I usually train my clients in either Biceps Gym or Atlantic Beach Club in Playa del Ingles, but the client is free to propose any other gym at his choice. I also train Clients in their home, or in my own Personal Training Studio, for Rehabilitation or activity with light weights. Power Walking, Cardio and Stretching can also take place outdoor, along the beach or in a park, thanks to the mild weather that the island of Gran Canaria enjoys all year round. |
