Personal Trainer Wanted in Omaha, NE

I am looking for a Personal Trainer for my cousin who is in a Skilled Nursing Facility recovering from a stroke. She has been physically disabled since birth and in a wheelchair. Prior to the stroke she had a full time job, lived alone, and got herself everywhere she wanted to go - a VERY independent person.

The goal here is to improve her strength, flexibility and mobility through an exercise program which she can do herself daily, in addition to regular visits from the trainer.
