There are some hazards of course. Make sure you are training in a safe place, watch for dogs, check the weather forecast, and watch your step when running in parks. Parks are not as well groomed as sporting fields. Stepping in a hole and breaking your ankle is bad for business.
Our videos of outdoor personal trainer workouts are short (1-2 minutes) and sometimes not perfect so submit a tip if you have a suggestion for improving the training.
