The Outdoor Workout

Designing personal trainer workouts for the outdoors can be challenging. You don't have all the machines and weights available so you need to use your surroundings. Our free online video guide will take you through the steps and help you design your outdoor personal trainer workouts.

Outdoor personal trainer workouts can be a lot of fun and just as effective as a gym workout. And it can save your clients money if they don't already have a gym membership. Outdoor personal trainer workouts are also a great way to inject some variety in your routines.

There are some hazards of course. Make sure you are training in a safe place, watch for dogs, check the weather forecast, and watch your step when running in parks. Parks are not as well groomed as sporting fields. Stepping in a hole and breaking your ankle is bad for business.
