Personal Training at your door!

by Everett Blume
(Noblesville, IN, USA)

My Name: Everett Blume

Contact info: Phone: (317) 207-0221; Email: Everett.Blume@gmail.com; Website: https://sites.google.com/site/indyfitnessnow/

Description:

What does training include?

FREE Fitness consultation and assessment (Included in your first session)- this allows us to get to know each other and for me to see what your goals are as well as where your current fitness level is right now. This is when we will also talk about your training program options.

I monitor your food logs to help you keep your caloric intake under control. Nutrition is where 70% of your results come from.

Body fat and weight re-assessments every 2 weeks

Circumference measurements once a month

Fitness programs that are designed to fit your individual
exercise likes and dislikes while getting you to your goals more quickly than most people normally can safely.

I’ll teach you the best ways to stretch to improve your flexibility. This includes relaxing stretch and relaxation sessions at the end of workouts.

Options: Individual training, buddy training, and group training.

Certifications: ACE Certified Personal Trainer since 2005 but I have worked in the health and fitness field since 2003, Fitness Specialist bachelors degree from Indiana University, studying for A.C.S.M. HFI certification, CPR and First Aid Certified since 1998. I have worked with all sorts of special populations and rehabbed plenty of different joint injuries post-rehab. I have even worked for a physical therapist at Carmel Rehab East.

Locations: Locations available: I am now offering In-home or In-office Personal training services in the areas of Noblesville, Carmel, Fishers, Zionsville, and the Northern Indianapolis area. You do not need to own any equipment and you will not be required to purchase any either. I travel with my own equipment.

Insured: Yes

Cost:

Sessions are normally either 30 or 60 minutes, but I do have some clients who prefer sessions up to 2 hours. The cost per session is normally $30 for a half hour and $50 for an hour if you buy one session at a time. I am willing to give discounts for clients who purchase 3 or more sessions.

If you have friends that want to work out with you I can train up to 4 people at the same time pretty easily. The cost varies depending on the size of the group. The cost per individual will be much less in group setting. As the weather gets warmer I am planning taking group sessions outside to parks, if that is something you might be interested in.

*I also give discounts to people who refer friends to me that sign up for sessions.
