Question about the ACSM Exam

I am studying for the ACSM personal training exam... how in depth should I study, especially the equations (VO2, etc)? I am horrible with remembering numbers. Any other advice, tips is welcome...thanks!

Don't worry too much the VO2 for the ACSM CPT

The math on the test is basically figure out a client's ideal weight given a certain lean body mass and desired percent body fat. Also how many kcal to a pound of fat and how to calculate METs from VO2 (ml/kg/min)
