Personally, the greatest joy I have gotten in this profession is seeing people reach their goals. What's even more fulfilling is knowing that I was able to help them reach their goals. I tend to handle clients more interested in losing weight/getting in shape, than clients who just want to bulk up or drop a few pounds. With that, I work with certain clients for extended periods of time and get to know them on a level outside of the gym. I guess this is the real difference maker. Not only are you doing your job well by helping these people attain their goals, but these people mean something to you personally, and nothing feels better than helping out a friend.
