This looks like creditable site with a boatload of great information.
But when I started browsing to find anything ABOUT the site -- who manages it, an "about tab", credentials, experience, etc. -- it was extremely difficult to get to.

The "contact" link at the bottom of the page goes to a question page for the community and refers reader to faq. This site map finally let me here after about five minutes of searching.

I do appreciate what you are doing here, but most of your information about yourself seems just a bit on the defensive rather than on the welcoming side (e.g. I get so many visitors,...cannot possibly answer the phone...people have criticized...etc.).

It's just a friendly suggestion (really!): Put the information about you and your site upfront and accessible. Put your visitor at ease by letting him or her know that they are in excellent, trustworthy hands.
