I decided to create my own business (Dan's Body and Performance) because other gyms weren't hiring or were in Anchorage, which is too far away for me. HEAVEN! That's right! I have more information and help than I could ever imagine. It's hard to know what to expect for an exam or where you should start. This site has everything you want, need, and maybe even didn't know you needed. There aren't enough stars in the sky for my rating on this site.

Your First Critic

I read the guy's report. It was vitriolic, unspecific, and baseless. The worst he can do is rant and rave and try to report you to the BBB. Which means you *might* have a small headache while dealing with the BBB (if this guy can make any specific complaints.) Also, you *might* lose a reputation point or two if people read his stuff and take it seriously.

But the BBB makes allowances for customer complaints. All they ever do is report to consumers whether or not you have an "unusually high number of complaints" for a business of your size and type. Do you really thing this lunatic can make that many waves?

You have helped far more people than he can possibly effect. You might not hear about those success stories because we (the people
you've helped) go off and get certified, then get busy with our businesses. I know that I hit the ground running because of the help you provided, not only by providing a site for certification reviews, but also by providing--free!!--a starter kit of documents I could use.

So you're having a bad week. That happens. On the bright side, this guy is giving you free publicity. And the fact that he's singled you out at all means that you're doing something right. If he'd never heard of you, he wouldn't have picked on you. So congratulations! You're big enough now to have drawn your first critic!

You keep doing what you do and don't let the time-wasters bring you down.

Besides, how much of a rip-off could you be? You don't charge anything!

I love this website! It is so informative and helpful in making just about any decision regarding a personal training business. I have just started working at a local YMCA this year as a personal trainer, and I love my job. I really don't think I would have felt informed enough to jump in on this had I not been able to get so much helpful advice and information from this website. Fantastic job!

I found your website a few months ago in my search for answers to questions regarding my desire to become a CPT. I have to tell you that your website was extremely!! helpful to me. It answered so many questions and helped lead me to choose the ACSM certification as my goal. I think that what you have done is a great service and help to a great many people...more than you probably will ever know. Having myself been in business for over 30 years one thing I came to realize long ago was that you will hear more complaints from people than praise. The best pat on your back will only come from your right or left hand. Well here is my hand to you! Keep up the good work and don't let those sad little nearsighted, selfish people upset you!

HELPFUL SITE

I have been studying to pass the ACE exam for the past year. This site has helped me in assisting my study. I was able to download forms for free and get sample questions to study. The truth is just like working out , losing weight and personal improvement; this must be done with old fashioned "work". Any attempt to take a short-cut does not work. This coming weekend I'll be in Miami for an in-person study work-shop held by ACE.Org. Your site has been helpful for me. There are many scams on the internet. Ebay attracts all kind of scammers, let the buyer beware!!!
Once I finally pass the ACE exam, I will be back on this site in order to start my training business . Thanks Katie for allowing me to voice my opinion........Mitch _ R.....
