Tekva Certification

Haven't taken it yet (am studying Chapters 2 and 3 now), but do have a question! I'm spending a lot of time with inserts and origins of muscles...how significant is that on the test?

What else in Anatomy and physiology is most important to study?

Not so much!
by: Johnny G

I just recently took the ACE test and was suprised at the lack of anatomy questions, with the exception of the cardiovascular system. Overall, the test was much more practical questions dealing with hypothetical clients. IE..John is a 44 year old with 20% body fat and weighs 220 pounds. He wants to lower his body fat to 15%. What will his weight be if he suceeds? That is just an example, not an actual question, but you get my drift. I think the questions are designed to see if you can apply what you know into everyday situations. Not many clients will ask you the insertion point of anterior deltoid.

Just my two cents.

Ps. It is hard, but fair.
