Its the best! But to be more practical NASM is the way to go! ACSM sets the standard! But NASM puts it to use in real word practices! they are both great to have but if you are not into complete medical reasoning but want to be a great trainer NASM is more practical then ACSM I have them both!

Thanks for the tip. I am currently doing the nasm and think it is a great program that has just the right amount of science behind it. It goes in depth more then enough to tell clients the reasoning behind why you have them doing certain exercises and not just stupid simple answers like it works your quads.
