Trying to get a raise for my personal trainers

by Kim
(Canton)

If any of you can help me out it would be great. I am the Fitness Director at a Country Club that charges $38/hour P.T. session. The trainers get 50% of that after working here for 2 years, 40% before the 2 year anniversary. I feel they are worth a lot more than that.

To keep good trainers they should be paid what they're worth which is way more than $19/hr. Let me know what your gyms are paying you so I can propose an increase for my trainers....Thanks, Kim
