New lease on life

When I came to Johnny, I had not worked out for almost 25 years. Needless to say, I was horribly out of shape. Johnny has prepared a very specific fitness regime along with a nutritional meal plan to aid in my endurance and overall health. What I like the most about Johnny is he prepares you for the long term results. He keeps me accountable. Early on I began to realize the benefit, just in my daily routine. I have a very fast paced career that demands a lot of hours and travel & used to wear me out easily. Now I am more disiplined in my eating habits & taking time for me. Additionally, this has & continues to help my energy level and overall stamina. I look forward to my workouts with Johnny & seeing the results transform, no matter how small or significant. I feel like I on a winning track with Johnny as my trainer.
