What's cool about personal training ?

What can be better than helping someone that is actually asking for help? There are so many people that are tired, out of shape, and confused by the lies and misconception over weight loss and muscle gain that the TV promotes, someone has to lay out the truth. As a trainer, play an “A” game, read everything you can find, listen to other trainers and try everything out before imposing the exercise on your client. Then set the client on the right path. The personal returns are priceless. Don’t worry about money, it will come, worry about your clients health and your capabilities. You love it anyway!
