You can pass the ACSM exam

The ACSM test is not so difficult that it can't be passed. Most of the test material is what you will learn in your physical assessment or similar class. Topics like risk factors for a cardiac event, definitions of HBP, and so on are must know topics.

After just a few years of college, if your Exercise Science program is good, the ACSM certification exam shouldn't be hard at all. Neither should the NSCA test, if you have a good exercise physiology class.
