Best senior certification
by: Keith S

Two certifications come to mind both have merit. SFA does a good job for those in senior homes running classes and programs indigenous to these centers. NIHS and ACSM does an excellent job for health club seniors and special populations.

ISSA Specialist in Fitness for the Older Adult (SFOA)
by: Jane Beckett

This is an awesome course, I have this certification as well as my ISSA Certified Fitness Trainer. Our Local Physical Therapist allowed me to interview him for a Life experience in this course, he reviewed the material and was VERY Impressed.
