Cooper Certification

I am from Dallas and just got certified as a personal trainer by Cooper in July. In Dallas it is considered quite an accomplishment to be Cooper certified. However, I just moved to Colorado and found that the gyms here are not overly familiar with the Cooper name. I am very proud of my Cooper cert but am looking into some of the more nationally recognized certifications.

I have held my primary certification through Cooper since 2003. Their instructors all held master's degrees or higher and were phenomenal! The week long course was tough and it was alot of information to digest. I ordered their books and cd series 3 months prior to attending and I did very well on the final exam. I would highly recommend doing your homework prior to attending any of their seminars. Well worth the $$$'s!
