Insurance/Legalities for a garage gym

by Kasey
(Oklahoma )

I'm finishing up my certification and am trying to get a head start on my business plan. I want to be online mostly but I have a personal garage gym that my husband and I use that I'm wanting to open up to face to face clients. My problem is I'm having a hard time finding much information on this. All I can find is liability insurance is a must but is that the only kind of insurance I would need? I have all the equipment already and it would only be 1-2 people at a time. What about forming an LLC? I understand that would be safer in terms of separating me from my business but is it necessary?
