Making the Jump to Full time

(San Diego, CA)

I worked at a nice club in Houston and was making 60% of $55 sessions. I moved to San Diego where they are opening another club (hey they followed me!). I will be getting 60% of $60-$65 sessions.

Biggest problem is competing with 20 other trainers. Nice part is 1500 members have joined with $20,000 in training signups already. Hopefully I get some of those and my rehab skills get me more clients.

I really want to work full time but consider training part time until I get at least 25 sessions a week.
