i am interested in the action cert but not sure if i understand everything correctly. if i complete and pass the Action cert than i am certified personal trainer and able to get a job as a personal trainer at a gym? if this is NCCA accredited why do i need to take the NCCA test?
does this class center around a specific aspect of fitness? such as, weight loss, muscle toning and building. once i pass the action test and the NCCA test, are there other cert i should go after? will i have someone who will help advise me on all this?
if most gyms wont hire you without any experience than how do you get experience? i am also interested in taking this class to benefit my own health and learn what to do and what not to do and how to eat right. will this class help with that too?
so sorry for all the questions. i just want to make sure i understand everything. i have worked out a few times at a gym but thats all the experience i have in the fitness world. just want to be sure this will prepare me for it.
