Online Personal Training disclaimer vs liability insurance

I've been training at a gym since I was certified and have always been covered by the gym insurance wise. I'm thinking of doing an online training site and have looked at a lot of other trainer's sites. All have disclaimers, "this is just a suggestion...cannot be held accountable..." What is the difference between a disclaimer and actually having insurance. Do I have to have liability insurance since I'm just giving "suggested plans" or will a disclaimer cover be fine?

Thank you!!!
